State of the Market 

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, unemployment rates for eating and drinking places and the retail industry are higher than the overall U.S. rate of 5.4%, at 8.4% and 6.4% respectively (as of July 2021). Consequently, employees are biting off more than they can chew.
