As a key member of a small, world-class team, your primary goal will be to ensure that Squadle’s client accounts are always in good standing. Fulfilling support requests, identifying red flags, and resolving client issues. You are a self-starter who has a strong interest in client service with an eagerness to learn and master new skills. You’ll report to and work alongside our Customer Success Manager and Chief Customer Officer who will oversee your day to day duties.
